Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Sense Fragrances. We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Please note that our products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process. We do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Refunds

Upon confirming the damage, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from date of request to process your refund. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
